Credenza entry table

This project built upon a lot of lessons I picked up from the Guinea Pig Table build. That table took me over 3 months to complete. This Credenza project however only took me 4 weekends of about 6 hours or so apiece. I felt confident throughout the build and overall I think my skills with the larger tabletop and how the items would eventually come together was more organic. I didn't hit near as many roadblocks as I did with the previous project.

I'm so thrilled with how it turned out!

I enjoyed the challenge of making the inset doors as well as the long narrow drawer. I have the one long drawer built to have two identical drawer fronts for the long drawer for some added aesthetic. I also added some trim to the side panels that elevated the piece as well and the legs are softened at the bottom with a taper.

My family will now have an easy place to stack their shoes if I can ever get the boys to do it!
